What is Aaron’s doing to provide a safe environment for team members at this time?
At Aaron’s, we are staying up-to-date on government and public health recommendations, and continue to implement and refine measures to help ensure team member and customer health and safety. For example, we offer curbside service, limit the number of customers permitted at a time in our stores, provide masks to team members, require social distancing and a heightened level of cleaning and disinfecting in our stores, and provide sneeze guards for certain store areas.
How are you handling interviews at this time?
For in-person interviews, we ask that candidates wear masks or facial coverings per CDC recommendations. If you do not have a mask or facial covering, our team members will happily provide one. Our hiring managers will practice social distancing in addition to the measures mentioned above to ensure your safety. If you are contacted about an interview, our hiring managers will connect with you to outline next steps.
How long will these new measures be in place?
We are implementing these precautionary measures until further notice to protect our team members, customers, and the communities we serve. As the situation evolves and government mandates change, we will adjust our policies accordingly.
