Responsible for processing NSF (non-sufficient funds) checks that are written in our corporate stores. These items come in via FedEx and standard mail daily and must be posted down to the stores.  Responsible for processing Credit Card Chargebacks and posting to the store level.  The stores use this information for collection efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Codes, posts, scans, and links/processes NSF checks received by various means down the store level

Works with store managers to obtain the proper documents for disputing credit card chargebacks

•  Reviews necessary department documents for scanning

•  Completes ReconNet reports and reconciliations

•  Codes and submits Telecheck Approved checks for submission to TeleCheck for reimbursement

•  Files department journal entries and miscellaneous documents

•  Organizes faxes received for chargebacks

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:      

•  High School diploma or equivalent

•  No minimum experience required

•  Professional experience preferred

•  No certifications required

Required Skills and Competencies:

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

•  Organizational skills

•  Attention to detail

•  Ability to communicate with store personnel
