Senior Manager Marketing

Responsible for implementation and execution of marketing campaigns across a variety of media, with a focus on merchandising and store operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works closely within the marketing organization to support the development and execution of advertising assets and marketing collateral for in-store (non-promotional)initiatives. 
  • Supports Marketing Director on content strategy (e.g., ensure correct target and channel receives specific and intentional message/content).
  • Works closely with key members of the marketing team (Creative, Media, Marketing, Digital, PR) to develop and execute integrated programs.
  • Develops briefs for internal and external agencies/creative partners for all assets and collateral (non-promotional).
  • Secures approvals for marketing materials before releasing to production
  • Manages project purchase orders and invoices. 
  • Accurately tracks the monthly, quarterly and annual budget forecasts compared to plan.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.  Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 7 years of marketing or advertising experience, preferably in retail or with creative agencies which support campaign development.

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong creative problem solving and proven project management skills.
  • Can understand how to translate research insights into action  and ability to connect strategies and objectives to creative assets.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-past environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of brand standards, TM usage and legal guidelines.
  • Direct experience with promotional strategy and application across channels, including local marketing.
  • Knowledge of key conversion drivers, messaging and methods of activation.
  • Proven track record of achieving sustainable results.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
