Store Manager

Results driven manager who is responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer experience, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidate will have the most success if they have a background in retail management, employee recruitment, or hospitality management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Maximizing profitability and meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Developing strategies to raise our store’s customer base, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees
  • Completes store operational requirements through proper scheduling of employees
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving lease agreements and maintaining inventories
  • Complete Quality Control Calls on all new lease agreements within 1 business day of delivery
  • Facilitate and reconcile inventories by Wednesday of every week
  • Ensure accurate and timely bank deposits
  • Maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards
  • Provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates
  • Accurately report financial measures and transactions
  • Ensure published hours of store operations are met
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
  • Proven history of successfully training employees in a variety of departments
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance
  • High level of energy
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Results driven
  • Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Diver Qualification Policy
