This position is responsible for assisting with the overall physical safety & security of all Aaron’s facilities.The role is closely tied to our facilities function and will specialize in supporting our locations through work order management and other related day-to-day administrative needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Supports the EHS&S Program Manager and Director of Safety Security, & Loss Prevention with administrative tasks related to maintaining all safety & security programs

·Assists with maintaining and updating physical security systems at stores, fulfillment centers, service centers, and all other corporate locations

·Responsible for ensuring security work orders are dispatched to the appropriate vendor for resolution

·Coordinates with vendors as needed to implement and maintain security programs and related initiatives

·Process invoices for approval and payment for safety and security programs as needed

·Maintains schedules of regulatory activity for management

·Assists in the preparation and distribution of regular reporting for safety and security program results and monitoring

·Assists in the implementation of new safety, security, and loss prevention polices/procedures/programs as necessary to meet new regulations and/or address adverse trends

·Assist facilities with permit requests and renewals

Education and Experience:

·High school diploma or GED

·Must be at least 18 years of age

·Basic computer knowledge with Windows based programs

·Data entry experience preferred

Required Skills:

·Self-starter who has initiative to get things done

·Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and work collaboratively with internal and external customers

·Strong written and verbal skills a must

·Strong ability to collaborate across various business functions
