QA Analyst-Customer Retention

The QA Analyst – Associate will assist the organization in improving quality across systems and processes through critical thinking, and leveraging Lean and DevOps methodologies. The analyst will write and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements. The incumbent can reproduce software problems and effectively communicate them with the team. Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and execute detailed test cases based on technical and business requirements • Ensure application functionality and related interfaces perform as expected • Successfully reproduce software problems and communicate them with the team in a clear manner • Ensure all aspects of work meet customer expectations and company quality standards • Generate suitable test data that validate the requirements • Contribute with other members of the team to ensure the quality of applications • Collaborate effectively with team members across varying job functions

Education and Experience: • BS preferred
• 1 Year of QA / testing applications in an Agile development environment. Or, equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and platforms • Experience using multiple web browsers • Knowledge of QA testing processes and methodologies • Basic SQL and data validation experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail • Persistent and Energetic - strong willingness to learn
