Interested in becoming a Technology Field Support Coordinator at Aaron’s? The Technology Field Support Coordinator coordinates, monitors, administer, and organize resource requirements to improves fields service activities for the Aaron’s organization. Provides support and guidance to internal teams and 3rd party vendors who perform on-site routine services including installation, cabling, maintenance, and repair. Ensures field services are effective and customers’ requirements are met under the guidance and direction of IT Infrastructure management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Store openings, closings, remodels, refreshes with IT and Operations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Act as a liaison between the Real Estate GC and 3rd party vendors by providing updates and interacting with management.
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to 3rd party vendors
  • Update internal and customer databases, trackers and tools
  • Report and coordinate escalations as necessary, both internally and externally
  • Ensuring that identified systems, tools, databases, and the data repository are updated accurately and timely
  • Attend daily/weekly calls and provide progress updates
  • Develop a daily site level schedule forecast for field teams
  • Track hardware returns from field team
  • Coordinate with IT Procurement team to place IT hardware equipment orders.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree or equivalent work experience (bachelor’s Degree Preferred)
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Prior experience running/scheduling field teams
  • Strong Technical Skills in Infrastructure, statistics, and analysis
  • Good analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentations.
  • This position requires good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the areas of Microsoft Standard Office Suite (Excel Expertise a plus)
  • Proficient using ServiceNow for Incident, asset, and field services module
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within an IT environment.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks. May lead or direct the work of others.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Desire to improve self and achieve next level
  • Team player and works well with other departments, organizations and companies
  • Ability to document processes in a logical step by step sequence
