Interested in a career at Aaron’s? As a Divisional Merchandiser you will be responsible for the overall showroom appearance to include upholstery, electronics, appliances, computers, and accessories. Job Duties • Acquisition and maintenance of customer database • Ability to create eye-catching product displays • Ensure execution of the Aaron’s “YES” program • Coordinating with Regional Manager(s) to ensure proper stock balancing and inventory levels • Training of in-store sales staff for showroom up-keep, accurate pricing, product levels, and ordering • Work closely with corporate Development and Marketing teams on showroom appearance • Manage inventory of pre-leased merchandise, discontinued & distressed merchandise throughout the region. • New store set-ups and grand openings Job Requirements • Position routinely requires lifting, loading and moving merchandise 50-300 pounds • General product knowledge • Professional appearance • Strong computer skills • Previous experience in retail sales or phone sales • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of merchandising techniques • Reliable transportation • Extensive travel throughout the Division
