Part-Time Sales Associates - SOFT

The Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for taking on all sales responsibilities from generating leads and closing agreements. This associate executes our sales presentation to customers and uphold the culture and standards of our company. The Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work with customers in store and over the phone to determine their needs and then recommend the right product(s) to meet those needs
  • Review company marketing materials and available training resources to stay up to date on product features
  • Ensure that accurate customer record(s) is maintained in the store’s computer system by inputting customer information initially and account status
  • File and maintain customer folders and records
  • Process Order Forms including reference checks when needed
  • Answer incoming telephone calls using the call scripts to either assist the caller or route them to appropriate person
  • Direct customer opportunities immediately to Management as it relates to sales and service
  • Assist in the maintenance of the showroom through cleaning, organizing, merchandising and pricing as directed by management
  • Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact

  • Computer operations ability
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
