Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a product leader on the team. The candidate will provide thought leadership, set a clear product strategy, and develop a product roadmap aligned with market trends and customer needs in collaboration with cross-organizational teams in engineering, user experience, marketing, and operations.
The Senior Product Manager will evangelize our products and drive customer adoption while maintaining high customer satisfaction through delightful user experiences. The candidate will contribute to a data-driven team culture of customer obsession, collaboration, results, transparency, inclusiveness, and trust.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shape the product vision to conceptualize, test, and scale new products and services, and evangelize the shared vision throughout the company.
- Execute the strategy to evaluate and validate new opportunities, collaborating across the product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
- Execute the roadmap for new products, driving vision, planning, product delivery, iteration and growth.
- Nurture a dynamic, diverse and collaborative environment that combines a strong analytical orientation with out-of-the-box thinking.
- Learn and share customer, product and industry insights throughout the organization, serving as the domain expert and champion to help improve the product and the business.
- Build effective processes to ensure executional success, and metrics to measure success.
Education and Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management for consumer software / fintech / mobile / internet technologies.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management for consumer software / fintech / mobile / internet technologies.
- 4+ years of developing product/market fit, customer and competitive research, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and experience definition for user facing application experiences.
- 2+ years leading cross functional teams that include in-house engineering teams, UX research, design, and marketing.
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams.
