The FC Support position is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service to Aaron’s stores thru email, fax and phone communications, processing of incoming store orders, and completion of necessary paperwork for facilitation of store deliveries. The FC Support position maintains communication with managers and supervisors at the FC for inbound and outbound load disposition, order processing, and store support opportunities.

  • Use multi-line phone system to direct calls and provide information to stores, vendors, carriers, and home office team members. .

  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with stores, providing a consistent level of customer service
  • Maintain effective internal communication with FC Manager and FC departments to help facilitate daily operations
  • Store Order Management utilizing internal WMS (ILS) for entry, review, corrections, shipping preparation, and printing of necessary departmental paperwork
  • Manages and monitors e-commerce orders including working with internal departments, Home Office, stores, and carriers on shipping, tracking, and troubleshooting
  • Main contact for stores with inventory questions
  • Maintains knowledge of SKU updates, changes, product information
  • Utilizes RMA application on the Aaron’s Network to process damage claims for stores and for the fulfillment center.
  • Apply vendor to store/FC credits/discounts.
  • Effectively communicates with vendors, stores, and General Manager concerning damage claims.
  • Maintains a damage discount flyer to expedite scratch and dent items to stores.
  • Maintains file for in-process damage claims and completed claims with proper paperwork in addition to a spreadsheet for 30-60 & 90 day vendor credit requests and monitors appropriately so that the warehouse does not incur any charges.
  • Set up Woodhaven damage pickups
  • Filing of generated paperwork
  • Checks in 3rd Party drivers
  • Handles, identifies, labels and routes to Shipping Manager all incoming parts from vendors
  • Tracks needed office and cleaning supplies for ordering by FC Manager
  • Knowledge of and maintain compliance with Aarons Safety Rules – Training is provided.
  • Helps managers with special projects, reports, mailings, and additional tasks as needed or requested
  • Ability to be trained in the operation of powered industrial trucks
