How Lauren joined us.
I began my career with Aaron’s in September 2014. Aaron’s has allowed me to grow and develop my recruitment skills; as well as expand my Community Partners network.
What she’s currently working on.
I recruit for stores that are located in metropolitan and urban areas. I am currently seeking top talent for our Store Associate positions such as Customer Account Manager(s), Sales Manager(s), Customer Account Advisor(s) and Delivery Driver(s) for all my Northeastern market stores.
