Infrastructure Analyst

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Infrastructure Analyst to join our Endpoint IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the lifecycle management of endpoint devices including laptops, desktops, servers, tablets, and BYOD. This role plays a critical part in ensuring device compliance, security, and performance by managing endpoint enrollment, application deployment, and patch management. The Endpoint Analyst will support and manage devices running Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox, SCCM, Automox, and Patch My PC to ensure all endpoints are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for end-user productivity.

The Details
What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, a related science, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant IT infrastructure experience
• CCNA certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC operating systems
• Advanced understanding of VMware, Hyper-V, scripting (PowerShell, VBS), and networking protocols (TCP/IP)

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and resolve escalated infrastructure and connectivity issues across stores, service centers, and distribution centers
• Implement new infrastructure technologies and support system integration across platforms
• Perform root cause analysis and maintain accurate system documentation
• Provision and maintain wireless communications for store environments
• Travel to remote locations and participate in on-call rotations, including after-hours and weekends as needed

Additional Requirements:

• Strong time management, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems in high-pressure situations
• Experience with tools such as System Center Virtual Machine Manager, Zabbix/Grafana, Cisco Meraki, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of SAN management (iSCSI), Nimble storage, and disaster recovery practices preferred
• Windows Server certification preferred; experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus
