Infrastructure Analyst, Remote
The salary range for this role is $62,300 to $86,700 annually*

Overview:

The Infrastructure Analyst is expected to maintain technology systems by following the yearly roadmap and maintenance routines. The Infrastructure Analyst works to correct any issues and ensure proper function and mitigate future issues. The incumbent will also work with Engineers to ensure proper implementation of new technology to the data center or field. The Analyst will strive to optimize the infrastructure in store environments. The Infrastructure Analyst will be required to travel to any of our many remote locations such as our stores, service centers, and distribution centers.

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of relevant IT experience
CCNA and/or Windows Server certifications preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operating systems
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or scripting (PowerShell/VBS) is a plus

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and resolve escalated infrastructure and connectivity issues
Support the implementation of new technologies in collaboration with engineers
Perform root cause analysis and maintain infrastructure documentation
Troubleshoot store network issues and maintain wireless communications
Travel to remote locations to install or support infrastructure, including GenNext store setups
