Manager, Franchise Operations Analysis

You’ll never be bored in this role – This position will support Franchise Services division with daily analysis of metrics that drive performance in the franchise community.  Leads the work of the Franchise Store Coordinator and Franchise Project Manager

The Details

What You Need:

• 30 % travel required.
• Strong analytical skills including financial statement and cash flow analysis.
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
• 3 years operations experience with RTO.
• Communication – Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. This includes the ability to describe or explain complex processes and issues in a concise manner.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Franchisee’s with analysis and operating metrics to strengthen their business.
• Complete all franchise documents including but not limited to Franchise Renewals, Franchise Amendments, and updating the FDD.
• Provide support to consultants with region analysis to drive field metrics including inventory levels, NCD’s, agreement deliveries, projected revenues, and percent collected.
• Ensure account calendars are aligned with company initiatives. 
• Coordinate strategic events planning for sales and accounts.
• Create webinar content using current metrics for training.
• Review and provide analysis on P&L for all franchise departments.
• Provide Field support as necessary in Consultant’s absence.
• Create quarterly Franchise content for Gazette distribution.
• Supervise & train the Franchise Store Coordinator.
• Supervise Franchise Project Manager.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 3-5 years’ financial analysis, accounting, or related experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in RTO/Retail
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
