This role requires on-site presence 2 days+ a week in the Galleria Office in Atlanta, GA.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director, E-Commerce Operations to lead and innovate within our ecommerce strategy and operations team. This role is pivotal in transforming our e-commerce strategy, driving profitable revenue growth, enhancing operational excellence, and delivering a superior online customer experience.  

You will shape the future of our digital retail operations through data-driven insights, agile execution, and cutting-edge technology integration to enhance customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy and Operations

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce operations strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations, including site functionality, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Drive omnichannel integration, ensuring seamless customer interactions across all digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor site performance and operational KPIs, leveraging data insights to optimize processes and drive growth.

Online Merchandising and Product Management

  • Lead online product assortment strategy, optimizing mix, pricing, and placement for profitability and customer appeal.
  • Drive continuous improvement in site content and UX through A/B testing and data analytics.
  • Enhance site content, categorization, and search functionality to improve the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive promotional and merchandising strategies.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Foster a culture of innovation and agility, mentoring a high-performing e-commerce team through data-driven decision-making.
  •  Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, technology, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated and impactful digital campaigns.
  • Partner with technology, marketing, supply chain, and store operations teams to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.
  •  Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and technology to maintain a competitive edge, providing recommendations and analysis related to overall operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in e-commerce operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in online merchandising, product assortment, and enabling digital customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership, analytics, and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver results.
  •  Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and data-driven decision-making.
