The Manager Trainee is responsible for assisting the Customer Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
• Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s)
• Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
• Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system
• Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by the General Manager
• Perform responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed
• Maintain and update customer information in the store’s computer system
• Safely operate company vehicle
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Computer operations ability
• Good organizational skills
• Good driving skills
• Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50 – 300 lbs
• Neatly groomed appearance
• Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Diver Qualification Policy
