The Manager Trainee is responsible for assisting the Customer Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
- Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s)
- Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
- Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
- Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system
- Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by the General Manager
- Perform responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed
- Maintain and update customer information in the store’s computer system
- Safely operate company vehicle
- Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Computer operations ability
- Good organizational skills
- Good driving skills
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50 – 300 lbs
- Neatly groomed appearance
- Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Diver Qualification Policy
